How is this different from membership?
Choose this if you know you need to make a move and want guided implementation. Choose the private Intensive if your first need is deeper individual strategy. Focused programs are separate purchases and have a defined delivery period.
What support is included?
Group workshops and feedback. This sprint focuses on applying the foundations with a defined finish line.
When does the program start?
Cohorts are planned to begin on the first weekday of each month. Workshop times will be shared separately. Your 90 days of community access begin on the purchase date. No fit conversation is required.
How do billing, cancellation, and refunds work?
You pay $497 at enrollment for the four-week Accelerator and 90 days of access to all Compass Circle spaces. After 90 days from purchase, your membership automatically renews at the founder rate of $49.99 per month until canceled. Manage cancellation through your Circle account billing settings before the next renewal to avoid future charges. All sales are final. No refunds for the program fee or membership payments, except where required by law.

The program supports the strategy, practice, and materials you can control. Jobs, compensation, client contracts, and business revenue depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.
